We’re Growing.

We’re Looking for People Who Know What They’re Doing.

At Didion Milling, we know skilled trades professionals bring more than technical experience—they bring judgment, grit, and pride in doing the job right. If you’ve been impacted by a layoff or you’re looking for a place where your experience will be respected and put to good use, this could be the right next step. We’re hiring experienced people who understand milling operations, including those who:

  • Keep equipment, systems, and processes running safely
and reliably
  • Work hands-on with maintenance, controls, troubleshooting,
and optimization
  • Support production, quality, and day-to-day mill performance

If you’ve worked in food manufacturing, grain milling, or heavy industrial environments, your experience translates directly here. And if the right opportunity means relocating, we offer relocation assistance and a signing bonus to help make the move to Cambria, Wisconsin easier.
