At the opposite end of the resort, Hillside at Kalahari is quiet and has a dedicated lobby and parking lot—perfect for business travel.

Meet The Farmers
It is a privilege to host our valued customers, and we work diligently to help build a bridge between you and our farmers. Pack your favorite farm visit attire, and we will spend a day with top producers. You’ll learn about crop conditions, estimate yields, and see farm equipment up close and personal before heading out for a relaxed dinner full of local flavor with Didion staff and the producers.
Authentic Wisconsin Supper Club: Get to know The Del-Bar
The Del-Bar is considered one of the area’s finest examples of a supper club.
Its story isn’t all that different from Didion’s story. Both recently marked significant milestones and are family-owned and operated.
The third generation is now at the helm of The Del-Bar and has been providing the Midwest with a traditional supper club experience for more than eighty years.
Get ready to sit back and enjoy an old fashioned and delicious steak! And of course a Wisconsin experience wouldn’t be complete without locally-produced cheese curds (the deep-fried kind)!
Craft Bourbon Tasting
Our second evening together will be casual and all about networking with each other and the producers we met on the farms. We’ll have a wonderful spread of delicious food and plenty of time to socialize. We’ll also meet another local entrepreneur family that grows corn for their award-winning craft bourbon.
J. Henry & Sons is located on the Henry family farm just south of Cambria. The three-generation farm produces heirloom red corn, wheat and rye that has been used in their bourbon since 2008. Liz & Joe Henry will share their story with us and indulge us in a customized bourbon tasting.
