This summer, we had the privilege of hosting a group of exceptional interns who brought their talent and wonderful ideas to our team. At the end of each summer, our interns present their findings and the impact their projects have had to our Senior Leaders. Kyle Connery, who interned with Didion in 2023 and this summer, said, “Returning to Didion allowed me to grow my practical skillset and work in a supportive environment.”

Aidan Balzar added, “The opportunity to learn about the milling process and create new relationships drew me to Didion.”

Their projects ranged from improving maintenance efficiency to enhancing operational reliability, each contributing significantly to our efficiency. Our interns work on real projects that make a real difference. They know that what they do will have a lasting impact on our team and operations. It’s just one of the many reasons we have a successful internship program.

As the interns return to school, we wish them the best as they finish their college education!
